Ok so i wasn't back the very next day, but pretty close right.
i had my weigh in on Monday, and lost .4kg which i am happy with. That takes me down to 100.3kg, so next week i am DEFIANTLY breaking through into double digits!!!!

I have been playing around with virtual model of me now, and what i would look like at goal. I thought it was a bit amusing. Its surreal as well, i really am having trouble coming to terms that i could ever look like that!!! But it will happen i am SURE of it!!

ok, so i've been a naughty/ lazy blogger...
but to be truthful i have been ridiculously busy.. even as i write this i am supposed to be studying for my exam tomorrow

I have had 2 busy weeks, with my eating all over the shop. I tried to make good choices and i paid off for me.. in week 7 (13/10) i managed to lose .3kg and in week 8 (20/10) i lost a whole kilo!!!! Thats right 1kg!! I was amazed.

This week, my food has been to put it mildly pretty bad. To make matters worse i am sick as a dog, my arms and legs feel heavy, my whole body aches, headaches, runny nose, sore throat etc etc.. you get the idea. And to add insult to injury it TTOTM..hoorah!! I am not expecting big things tomorrow for my weigh in, although it would be nice.

I only have to lose .8kg to take me into DOUBLE DIGITS!! DOUBLE DIGITS!!!! I am very excited about that prospect. Also i am only 1.3kg away from my 10kg milestone!! And 2.2kg away from 10%! All these things so close... yet so far.

Ok, well i'm off til tomorrow.. i will be back.

ok so we got jipped this week when they stole that hour from us... i DID NOT want to get up. But i did, and i was glad.. what a beautiful day it was. I love day light saving time though, i love the fact the sun doesn't set til nearly 8pm and everyone just seems happier and more relaxed. Although i have already had teh arguement with one lady trying to explain to her that DST DOES NOT fade her curtians.

I didn't have the greatest week WW wise, and i was really worried about my weigh in this morning. I mean hell, i had KFC!! Talk about fatty!! And to tell the truth, I didn't feel the greatest, like my skins looks shit, and i just feel yuck, becasue i haven't followed the program approapitely. I mean i even went over my points total by over 20 points for the week.
Anyways, i weighed in this morning, and shock horror i have actually lost .6kg this week, to bring me to a total 7.4kg over 6 weeks. I just hope that this weekend doesn't catch up with me next week. So i'm gonna try and be extra good, and hopefully get some walking in.

Speaking of exercise today i put a post on the WW boards asking for help as to how i can get into exercise. Becasue i really just have no idea as to what i am supposed to be doing.. so lets hope i get lots of replies!! Ok, so i better go do something today. Thanks for dropping by,
