Hey kids, what up this week?
Well i was pretty excited that i managed a loss this week, i pretty much ate over my points for a couple of days in a row, but i lost .4kg for a total loss of 6.8kg over 5 weeks. Yay team Heidi!! I am actually feeling really good about this weight loss journey, and i am feeling so relived that i am doing something positive for me for once. Although i think i might be self sabotaging myself, by eating over my points and not exercising. I really want to do good, and be good, but i think I'm scared of what i could become. I have never ever been a slim person, and i don't know if i am ready for such a big change.... i guess ill just have to stay strong, believe in myself and just do it!!

I am very tired i have been working basically full time, and my body is not used to getting up so early. I am defiantly a night owl, i just don't function in the morning. As far as i am concerned we would all be better off if morning was in the afternoon. Not really sure how that would work, but its a good idea!

Dear Heidi
I came across your blog address on your weight watchers profile and had to stop by and post a msg for you. Your blog is wonderful...I think you have done pretty awesome with your weight loss thus far - well done! I am turning 42 yrs this november. I have lost weight twice before so I know that awesome 'over the moon feeling' and I want to feel that way again.
I have faith that you will achieve your goal weight.
